I read in the c2 section that using a metal etching primer then a polyester primer is asking for trouble. That is what I did. After doing that, it was painted with basecoat.clearcoat.
I di not like the color so I scuffed the clear coat. I now have a different painter who is going to put a coat of epoxy primer over the clearcoat.
If I am going to have problems, when will it show up. I put stripped it, primered it and had it painted about a year ago. I have not repainted it yet.
I would certainly call the customer rep for the poly primer you used and tell them what you shot it over and see what they have to say. Also call the primer customer service line and ask if it is ok for over bare glass. I think Jim covered it pretty well in the C2 section.

Should I strip it again?
Thanks
I hope there is someone out there that has experience with poly primer over etching primer that can say what will happen.
However, as you have been told, poly should not be used over etching.
Based on that, if it were me, I would definitely strip it again.
i do not use etch on anything , not even metal much less on glass.. it causes too many failures. epoxy has proven to have better adheasion . i would not invest in new paint over something like this.
