Default Ecklers front surround received

The nose bar wasn't attached . They are sending me a nose bar and rivets. Is it easy to do? What are headlight reinforcements? Catalog says it has them. Is this something I can visably see? Plus there is a (?) slight crack on the top that doesn't go thru the bottom. Should I consider this normal? Should I grind it down and fiberglass/matte it or would epoxy primer fill it? A couple other what appear to be surface flaws that I'm sure aren't of concern.

No nose bar. What are headlight reinforcements? Do I have them?

Big box

Is this crack a concern?

What appear to be surface flaws - yes?

How many nose bars do you need? Looks like everything is as it should be. Headlight reinforcements also appear to be in place. Any replacement panel will have some surface defects.

Your steel nose bar is already glued in place. The headlight reinforcements can be seen on each side of the headlight opening.

The header bar is attached - the nose bar isn't. They are sending one out with the rivets for me to install myself

I figured nothing is perfect anymore but I was concerned about the crack resurfacing after paint. Since this is my first front surround replacement, I thought I'd pose the question to those more experienced.

Those things just look like imperfections not cracks. I would grind them out a little and fill. The front reinforcement bar is easy to install.
