Default prep before primer

Hi i was reading on the internet about prepping raw fiberglass and what it said, was not to use grease and wax remover on raw fiberglass but to use alcohol, is this true?

There could be safety issues when solvent based wax and grease removers are used on plastics and fiberglass because static electricity build up could spark a fire. On fiberglass it is recommended that you use a water base wax and grease remover such as PPG SX1005 or Dupont Kwik Clean. Solvent based cleaners will work effectively and won't harm the surface but there is a safety risk.

From what i read there was contamination issues, where the wax and grease remover get trap between raw fiberglass and the primer and then it pops the the paint blisters ect .
