Spraying Slick Sand
So I have a new Sharp primer gun with a 1.8 tip. I have always used my old Binks model 7 but finally trying to get with the times. I also order and tried some Slick Sand for the first time. The flow was awful and I think I need a bigger tip. For those of you who have used Slick Sand what tip size do you use?

I use a 2.2 tip.
You can thin it with acetone up to 10% if needed as well. I do this if I put it in my touch up gun when I need it.

I tried it in a 1.8 primer gun and bad results, switched to my 2.2 and worked good. Like Roger said I cut it with with a little acetone and came out pretty slick. I painted my golf cart 76 yellow to see if I would like it on the car. Looks good and I've got the sharpest looking base/clear golf cart around.
