fixing paint issues ?

fixing paint issues ?
ok I fianlly got the SPI epoxy sprayed, and then 1 coat of base,
I had to stop due to several issues, mostly I had 2 spots where the epoxy had ran and I did not see it until after the base,
can I just sand these areas down and reshoot base over them ?
sanding recomendations ? 320 then 600 and reshoot the base ?
also I have several small diviots about 1/16" dia. will the clear fill and cover these ?
my biggest mistake was using gray epoxy, and spraying silver paint !
hard to tell the epoxy from the paint !
