Hi everyone , my name’s Phil and i work for Genicolor, a company that manufactures high-end touch up paint pens. We have access to every color code going back 50 years and includes more than 300,000 colors, we even make custom paint with our paint match scanner.
To celebrate our new sponsorship with CorvetteForum, we are offering members of this forum a free OEM touch up paint pen for a limited time. To claim your free pen, have your color code and enter : free2012pen190 on our website : www.genicolor.com, coupon section "yellow tab". Shipping not included. (We ship worldwide).
If you have any Paint related questions do not hesitate to contact me, I’ll be glad to help you.
Tip: I always recommend not to press the tube when you apply it, use the stainless tip to regulate the flow. This way you only apply the right amount of paint. Thanks
Tip: Shake thoroughly until you hear the mixing stainless ball for at least 1 min. The first time you use your touch-up pen, practice making lines, shapes or dots on the test paper. Thanks
HI, as you can see we use the WA code for GM models since they used the same code several times through the years.
For an example : color code 972 in 1966 is Ermine White, WA code 2661, however color code 972 in 1968 is Polar White, WA Code 3465. They don't have the same formula.
Another worse example : color code 988 in 1968 is Cordovan Maroon Metallic, WA code 3821, however color code 988 in 1971 is Steel Cities Gray Metallic, WA Code 4150. In 3 years it went from red to grey.
That's why with the WA Code we always get the right formula ! Even GM uses the WA Code. If you are not sure you can Pm me, call me i'll be glad to assist you or even call your GM dealer. Thanks

Hey Phil. I looked for the Ermine white (67) on the web page. I didn't see it. Only a different white that I don't remember right now. Any suggestions?
