Default Ugly spot

71 completely stripped, seams done. sprayed 2 coats of SPI epoxy. I have a 3 spots (the size of the top of a coke can) that were raw fiberglass and after the epoxy they are very rough. no glass fibers sticking through the epoxy, just very rough. how to repair. more epoxy, VPA or SPI turbo primer??
