Firewall/Undercarriage paint

Wondering what you guys use to paint the firewall and undercarriage with. When I see the restored cars, it looks like a semi-gloss black. Any particular type or brand work best?

I used Rustoleum Proffesional over an epoxy primer. Reasonably priced and sprayed out very nice. Got the info off one of the Hot RodForums.

I mixed the Rustoleum 1.5 Quarts of Flat Black to 1 Quart Semi Gloss to get the desired sheen. This was after a fair bit of experiment. I used Acetone as a reducer and a hardner that was compatible with the enamel (hard to find and EXPENSIVE!). I sprayed with a Harbour Freight HVLP sprayer with a 1.8mm tip.

Mix. 8 Paint - 4 Acetone -1 Hardner

Used on Below Underfloor

Then I used PPG Delfleet Essential Urethane mixed to semi Gloss formula on Firewall

SEE the results.......!!!!!!!!!!

Body was Sandblasted Prior to SPI Epoxy
