Advice
It wont be perfecf but it will look better than those different color spots.
Id recomend getting a mini sandpaper blocking kit. something like this. https://www.autozone.com/sandpaper-a...kit/749293_0_0
youll need like 320, 400, 600 800 grit paper.
dome sort of hi build primer Spray and your color coat, you can get a custom mixed can loaded at a autobody supply, or buy a close matching one at the store.
you gotta decide how far you wanna paint. if your paint match is not great its best to keep the area small. I would just stick to repairing the large spots, and live with all the tiny specs spots like on the top.
you want to knock of any loose paint with the 320 try to keep it really close to only the damaged areas (blue).the loose of delaminted paint will be on the edges where the silver meets the primer. try to feather that. so the edges are smoother/softer. you may not need a block for this i would try it with a folded sheet of 320.
spray the primer(pink) to fill in the spot. you can mask it to prevent overspray.
the next step is to try to level the surface to prep it for top coat. again try to keep the repiar area as small as possible.then block with 400.(yellow)
you want to try to level the surface by filling in the lowspot(primer area) with the new primer. so you wil block sand it down til the silver topcoat comes thru and you end up with the spot filled with the new primer.
you can respray as many times if you feel its not flat enough.
now wetsand 600 an area(green) larger than the repair. this will be where the color coat will stick too, so you want it to bite into the 600 and stick.
do light coats with most paint over the repair. after you get full coverage, wetsand with about 1200.
Now do your final coat of color try to get and even medium coat and lightly blend around the edges.
let it cure for a few days then come back with a light polish.
