If memory serves, the rate book says 8 to 10 hours. I like the Robbins top, old time company using cosmetically identical materials and they have a guarantee on the back glass not falling out. the final cost will depend on what exactly you are replacing., just the top, or everything .
I don't know if the rate book is adhered to closely. I hear most just call ahead for a price , from reading posts here, and it isn't always ten hours in costs, when it is mentioned. I suspect the wholesale price is incorporated into the finished total, mitigating the finished combined price against the retail plus labor price. All I really know is that it is a job that made me promise myself to always hire the job out.
