Take it of car and if it is plastic go to a auto paint store and ask for kit for that composite. It looks like you need a fiber glass repair kit and fiberglass matt also.
you want to cleanup all the paint and loose fibers in surrounding area,
and open up really tight craks so there is area for new resin to fill.
back the hole/cracks with tape. apply about 2 layers of glass and finish with vpa filler.
First - sand all the panel back from the damage - good 6 to 8 inches
80 grit - light pressure on a DA
Assess the damage and the cracks.
V groove and feather your cracks
Back tape the cracks - fill with VPA or Fiber tech (which I really like)
Reinforce on the back side with layer or 2 of mat
Sand both sides smooth
Fill any imperfections with Filler or VPA
Sand smooth to 180 / 240

The damage may look bad, but very repairable. Looks like all the pieces are there so a decent repair shop can patch it up. If you displayed your location we might be able to recommend a repair shop.
