Default Caliper Paint Prep

My C5 Z06 aftermarket powder coated calipers are trashed from Time Trials track abuse. I'm not racing anymore and want to repaint them. I haven't seen advice on whether powder coating needs to be stripped (HOW?), etched (HOW?), primed (WITH WHAT?) or just thoroughly cleaned? And, any particular paints (SPRAY VS LIQUID) to avoid or favor? So, what's your advice on powder coat repaint?
Thanks to you and this great forum.

I had great success on my Supra (now gone) with G2 Caliper paint. I cleaned the calipers well, sand if necessary, and brush on. Their kit does not include a good brush so even a chip brush from Lowe's will be better. Plan for one good coat or a couple of thinner coats. I obtained a very smooth , glassy finish with no brush marks that I added a "Supra" logo on top of, and never added a clear coat. It lasted 12-14 years and looked good when I sold the car!
