I just noticed the exhaust has put a subtle wave in the rear bumper of my 75. With some heat/cooling will this area return to shape? Not interested in using a support on the backside.
Is it down low where if you give it a try, it'll be ok?
Ordinarily I haven't had good luck doing things like this. But you could cut out and bend a couple piece of sheet metal or whatever ....heat the region up with a heat gun, then immediately sandwich the urethane pieces between the pieces of metal and gentle clamping pressure with some spring clamps or whatever, to hold it into the right position you want ...till it cools. I personally haven't tried it.
