Dyno Results
The car is a 99 FRC with a Blackwing, Airbridge, longtubes, random cats, corsa cat back w/ x pipe, 170 thermostat, and LS1 edit.
Baselined:
305 RWHP and 312 torque through a paper filter at Gibson Performance (Dynojet) in SC
Added a Blackwing and Corsa Catback:
320 RWHP and 323 torque at Werx Motorsports in NC
Added LTs, Random cats w/ x-pipe, and an air bridge:
319 RWHP and 327 torque at Augusta Customs in Augusta GA
Seems like we are going backwards here!
So I decided to have the car tuned by MTI Racing in Marietta GA
The car made 312.9 RWHP and 333.4 torque at Dynolab in Atlanta. (MTI was subing from here until they could have theirs installed)
The baseline numbers here were the least the car has ever made with mods.
Post edit the car made 334.7 and 347.1 (not sure if these are SAE)
This was definitely an improvement but not as much as I was hoping.
As you can see all dyno facilities are different despite using like equipment. Pick one and stick with them.
