Dyno Tuner near D.C.
I live in Northern VA and I'm looking for someone to dyno-tune my 98 vert.
I've got the BPP Stage 1 Performance package and Corsa Indy exhaust. I see on the forum people getting dyno tunes for $400 or so but the only 2 I found around here want $800 or so. Any recommendations for tuners in this area? Shoud I wait until I get the LT headers?

Take the drive up to the Garden State and pay a visit to East Coast Supercharging in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. Make a weekend out of it, get your car tuned Saturday, and spend Saturday night down at AC blowing the other $400 that the other shops wanted to take from you :-)

I drive up from Maryland to ECS. Couple hours away and definitely worth the trip.

I'd wait until you get long tube headers. Tony's Corvette Shop in Gaithersburg, MD is close to you but they do not have the tuning experience of Cartek or ECS. Also, if you're going to get into more serious mods later on you should begin dealing with a top-of-the-line tuner now and stick with them. Cartek is a longer trip but worth it.

I have heard great things about GrannyShifting who is a board member here and on LS1 Tech. He is very well respected on LS1 Tech. He is also near DC in Maryland if you can't get to any of the other great tuners listed above.

Eastcoast Super Chargers.
They did my cam installation and were easy to work with. They have my dream job.
Even my wife liked them. It's an easy drive off exit 7a on the NJ turnpike.
Ill be moving to Leesburg Va next week. If I have car issues, ECS will be where I go.
Thanks again Chris and Doug
