c5 vs sti
I posted a thread a while ago and some of the members on here didnt believe me that I beat an sti that bad. here's a vid of me vs the sti.
be patient there are other runs on this vid.
part 1 is my friend runnin at the track
part 2 is me vs the sti ( jus before the last run we took the exit and I told him to go off 3 honks)
part 3 my friends 440rwhp/440rwtq cobra vs fullbolt on z28 spraying 150 shot.
my mods then were the long tubes, vararam, and borla straight pipes.
for the people who dont believe in street racing...I'm sorry.
otherwise let me know what you think of the runs

Nice vids.
That Camaro got freight trained by the Cobra. Interesting results. My C5 with intake and exhaust and 150 shot does quite a number on 485+ rwhp 03/04 Cobra's. In fact it's never even close unless they spray or have a KB/Whipple.
Either way thanks for sharing but be prepared to hear the street racing is bad moto.

IB4TL.. downloading now. It is pretty pathetic how the forums are regulated the way they are here. It's a free service and it's not like there's any legal liabilities the owner(s) hold by allowing this free service. If they're worried about legal recourse just put up a disclaimer.
I run one of the largest forums on the Internet and we get legal threats weekly but fact is noone has any legal ground to stand on. So we just tell the lawyers to screw off.

I think the beginning of that street race with the STI was dangerous. I am not some sissy who never runs on the street but I never run on the street when I have to pass on the right lane. I will only run someone if there is no one in front of us. When there is that much traffic on the highway, it is better not to run em'. JMHO of course.

LOL when the NOS ran out the Z had NOTHING whatsoever for the Cobra, and a 440 RWHP Cobra is not really very scary at all. A few decent shots on that vid. I'm sure this will be discussed in much greater detail at corvettekillstories.

I ran my dead stock C5 to the paper air filter against a modded STi, kid could drive, he launched hard from a 25 roll, brake boosting it. Had full exhaust and chip, and I pulled about a full car on him to 120.
