Not a personal best but a solid run for a shakedown pass. Atco was a zoo. Got in the staging lanes with the race cars but they wouldn't let the faster cars run after an oil down because the said the track was too cold. Had to wait til like 9:00 to get one pass after they let 200 street cars go. One and only pass 11.0 on a 1.46 60'. Had to steer it on the high end as the car got squirly. Temp was low 40's, track was a bit slick(cold) tire pressure 11 cold, launch rpms 5000 plus(not exactly sure was watching the tree) Ne wind 10mph. Speed shifted at 6500. Was gonna try powershifting and higher rpms(6800) but I wanted a shakedown pass to see how the car responded to the cold track on the first run. But that was it for the night. Always a blast. A few fellas asked me where I'm hiding the bottle.
Rob, you were quite a hit last night at Atco. So many people were coming up to you I figured that next some one might ask for your autograph..... How did the video come out that I shot of your run? BTW, that was a real good run...10's were in the air last night.
