Just a wild guess But 390 RWHP plus. Only one way to find out, go have it Dyno Tuned then you'll know. Maybe someone out there with a similar set up will jump in.

I have this set up with LS1 heads and 224/228 .590 cam.
With Cartek tune I made 413 rwhp 387 rwtq
With lS6 heads, and depending on cam lift you should see ~400 and as high as 425 on a dyno jet.
Certainly a solid 11 sec car. Just not with me drivin' it

Shurite, I think you could very well be correct.
I'm usually hesitant to figure too high as it seems to me more cam/tune guys are coming back with 390-410 while a few are making the 430's.
Just me taking the conservative side based on odds.
Heck, I'd love to see him put down 440, but I think it's on the high side.

I'd give you 90RWHP out of that set up, should put you around 430's right?
Sounds good.

With the LS6 heads you have (which I did not see before...sorry) you should be around 425 plus or minus 10hp......my best guess. Go have it tuned and you'll find out. Oh, btw......that figure would be with the stock 3.42 rear.

I have about as close a cam as you will find without being the same.
230-228 112LSA (MTI 's X1)
I got:
417 HP
404 Torque
No pullies though.
I figure 419Hp and 401 Torque with Don tuning it
Let me know how close I am.....
Have fun, the extra ponies are great but are tough to launch
