I think that there will be two verts driven by Mark and Doug that will be a little quicker Not sure of who else will be there from ECS running.
Chris - Get your rest man - you in the driva seat. I will be snapping pictures for the great REDGAR & counting the days until we see a green C5 on the track so I only need to shift once.
Well, well, well........ The Pro 8 is looking more and more interesting/competitive by the minute. As long as the weather cooperates, we could be looking at one helluva fast Pro 8.

Sorry guys,
My car is actually ready to go so it has to rain now.
I'm psyched to see all these cars at the challenge.
i'll get some good video. Allan, it should be a good day to get some seat time. You guys are bringin some heat!

A competitive and fast one indeed Paul, congrats again on winning it.
I am Fed Exing digital pictures and videos to Edgar tomorrow. I have pretty good videos of both finals. All in all about 96 still pictures and about 40 videos.
Mike - the car was all over the track today as we did not get a test and tune session in before taking it to the track as the fogger kit only was finished late friday night. Chris drove and everytime he hit the juice the tires immediately broke loose. 11.5 @ 125 was the elimination round against Angelo. We are going to reduce the shot, make some injection modifications, and perhaps go with a 28 inch tire vs 26 and see what it will do.
Hopefully Edgar will be able to post the videos my brother and I shot. The final in the pro - 8 is very clear. Hats off to Paul,John, Cartek and Neverlift - it was a HOT day but it was hot for everybody so they prevailed.
Alan, it was a pleasure meeting you. Once you guys get that beast of yours dialed-in, it'll be a serious competitor in the Pro 8.
You're right about the heat and the track. Both were just plain nasty. I think the heat took a toll on all drivers. Unfortunately drivers in dark cars and fire suits felt the heat a bit more. I felt like I lost 3 lbs just from sweating.
Leo said that Englishtown had been grinding the track since last week in preparation for the Nationals so there was virtually no rubber on the surface. I was VERY happy to see them glue the track right before the Pro 8 finals. It didn't make a huge difference but it did help a bit. Plus it's great to see that e-town recognizes the level that these cars run at and takes safety precautions. Nice job.

Thanks Paul - It was a nice to meet you in person and again watch that car go down the track! Gee -3lbs/day, I think it would be about a month to get back to my Navy weight. Your comments about the track make sense. It took a lot to get it done that day and you certainly did You will be a force to reckon with all year long.
