I agree; I've put headers on 4 generations of vettes, including both small and big blocks, but those KOOKs were a PAIN!! I had to really 
to get the driver side in.
I like the sound and performance they gave the car, especially for the price, and would definity buy them again

we had to remove the brake booster
I installed the Kooks 1 7/8" myself, they were a pain, but I didn't need to remove the brake booster. Just the alternator and steering shaft and loosen the engine mounts. Then jacked up the motor from underneath and took a 2x4, pried against the alternator mount to shift the engine over a little and they dropped right in from the top... Did you dyno tune after??Results?
