Really depends on your cam of choice, auto, stick, gearing, tires. . . there's many factors that will vary your times. It really does come down to how radical your cars setup is, and how hard your willing to run your car.
A 'steetable' setup with a medium cam and all the good supporting bolt-on's should be good for high 400rwhp/trq.
What you do ET wise with that amount of power is how hard your willing to run your car. Likely anywhere from low 10's to low 11's.

thanks guys for answers.I went ahead and bought the motor hopefully it will run what it did before with 346 heads and cam 342 gears 2800 stall and a 150 shot best run was 10.47 @127.88. the 402 with new heads big cam 3500 stall 150 shot and 373 gears is gonna be my new set up. hopefully 650 horses on the nitrous @ the rear wheels.any guesses on what it will run.thanks
