Another Guess my time thread......
Hi guys,
I am going to my first 1/4 mile drag strip tomorrow.....I think it's gonna be a blast
I will post my results tomorrow when I return
Anyways,just fer fun, anyone want to place a guess on my e.t. ?
Just thought it might be fun to see who guesses the closest
If it's boring or stupid to ya,please just move on
Anyway,It won't be ground shattering,,here's what I have:
98 a4
Vararam,ls6 intake,ls2 heads,b+b shorty headers,prt catback,3:15's and running on pilot sports 295/35/19
Recently dyno tuned at 337 rwhp.......
It's gonna be warm tomorrow, but I am gonna be here @7:00 to get as early a run as possible....likely to be over 100 degrees tomorrow.
But I plan on being done WAY before that ever happens
What do ya think?

Majority depends on driver skill, DA and traction (track prep)
All conditions excellent: Low 12's
All conditions average: Mid-High 12's
This is based on other cars with similar horsepower. Have a blast NEXT weekend...

those jr dragsters can be really fast!
i live near houston, tx and i used to race them for 8 years
i know one thing, it could smoke my c5 and alot more on this site too!
we only ran 1/8th mile, but a 7.20 with a SINGLE cylinder lawnmower engine is pretty fast! thats equivalent to a mid-high 10!
not trying to get anything started, but they definitely earn respect when sports car owners watch them and see they could be beat by a 13-17 year old!! haha
anyways, the vette is fun at the track, but the jrs were a little better to me
