Doh...Wasn't paying attention to the picture in the sig. Have you had someone take a look at the car while it is launching to see if you are getting any extra wheel spin?
The 60's look good, so aside from shifting faster and possibly stickier tires not much I can say.
Perhaps just a better D/A will do it. May get a line lock as well.
I ran 11.55 on about the same 60' with 90 less rwhp. The difference is likely found in:
(1) speed of the shifts (highest percentage of the pass with the clutch out)
(2) the shift points (max average rwhp across the entire run)
(3) prep of the track beyond the 60' can also play a role, but is a secondary issue on properly heated ET Streets.
Thanks for the response. Here's a few of my old passes w/ high 11's/low 12's(poor 60's) and a strong headwind. Shifting is about the same as I do know. I'm a little more cautious on the aluminum shift forks. Launching about 5K, feathering the clutch slightly. Shift points are at 6200 (1-2) 6500 (2-3) and 6700 (3-4). I'm running the MT ET Drag Radials, does it make any difference on heating vs. the ET Street's? My burnout will roll the tires over until they start smoking a little, then I release the brake.
