What Do U Think.....milled Afr205's Comp Cam 230/236 Cam Ported Fast 90 Ported Fast Ls2 Tb ,tsp Lt Headers,3 Inch Metal Cats....3.42 Gears ...tci Ssf3500..slp pulley .stock C5 Exhaust With A&a Mod....dynoed As 405rwhp 360tq....i Think It Low What Do U Guys Think...tunner Told Me The Converter Is Killing Power He Said He Is Seeing 10%percent Slip And The Exhaust Is A Big Bottle Neck Even With The A&a Mod....comments...not Really Happy For The Cash Spent

i think it low too,it should be around 440rwhp.My 01z made 405rwhp with 228/232 stock heads,TI exshaust,ls6 intake,AMR headers

No, I think you are right about where you should be considering your gears and your stall converter -

My 2001 w/ 3.73 gears, YANK SS3200 Stall, AFR 205 heads and G5X3 cam did 400 RWHP and 371.5 RWTQ a couple weeks ago - and I THINK the specs on my cam are bigger than yours - so I'd say you are right about where you should be

your z06 is manual and has a better exhaust

The TCI converter is the problem. I have used 3 TCI converters in the last 2 years. My dyno #'s are real low. But, dont worry about the dyno. My car dynoed 347.8 hp and 409.9 torque on spray w/ a TCI converter and my car runs 10's. I have a low trap speed of 122- 124 mph.

what would it have been if i had a yank or something else...any comments on how much is left to gain with a new exhaust

Check with Jacks996 here. He runs a similar setup with an M6 though.

Its hard to compare cars unless theyre running identical mods.

My friend is running very similar mods except his is a M6 with no cats and a aftermarket catback, he dynoed a little over 450.

Yours is an A4 with a good size stall, thats gonna rob you at least 30hp plus the cats and stock rear exhaust and I think youre right about where youre gonna be.

yup, exhaust and stall is killing it. But put slicks on and you will kill that 450rwhp 6 speed at the track

already got a set...ran a 1.65 60 foot with my stock h/c setup last year

I have system much like yours only its an M6 with 410 gears made 440 change your converter your motor sounds like it can make the power put its not making it to the rear wheels.

allready working on it ..thanks...but enough for this season...have not even driver the car yet...dont want to loose it unless it breaks
