Take your mufflers off from the h-pipe back for clearance when tightening the rear upper link stop nuts.
Read the instructions carefully, and assemble everything in the order stated in the instructions.
You'll have no problem.
I did mine with just about everythign attached.....Took a bit longer but less parts to take off......Can be done if you take your time and have a lot of extensions and swivel sockets.....

Have you actually done it this way? Mine was taken off awhile back when some work was being done and not put back on. Is this something a semi-competant home mechanic cad do at home with a jack and stands? Do you by any chance have any pictures?

Yes, I did it this way.
It can be done, but as utryd2 stated, it takes a couple of hours.
Just put the car up as high as the stands will go, if possible.
You may need a stubby open end wrench for the upper rear lock nuts.
Not alot of clearance up there.
Sorry, no pics of the actual install.
I think I also have the instructions i

I did mine in the car aswell. I have a wheel lift that helped but it could've been done on tall jack stands just the same. I recommend a motorcycle jack under the rear of the car and lower the rear cradle till there is approx 1-2 threads showing on the nut. This gives you some clearance up top where its really needed. Remove the catback and take your time. LOTS OF SWIVELS LOL!!
