Affordable Setup

Hey guys, I have been hunting around trying to find a decent affordable setup to get my 2000 coupe into at least high 11's, and I have been out of the N/A v8 scene for quite awhile. Not really looking to get crazy just yet, just some simple mods cam/head work. Just sold my low 11sec rx7, and I need just a little more power out of this car fast and cheap. I have bigger plans down the road, once I get more familiar with this stuff you guy call torque. Any ideas on combo's would be great. Thanks, Keith
