If you dont have a head/cam combo, a fast 90/90 is a waste of money and time. Like everyone else said do those mods first then get the fast 90/90. With a head / cam combo I think the results are 10-20rwhp.

I gained 15-17 (cant remember, have to look when I get home) across the entire power band going with a ported Fast and LS2 TB. 03 Z06 with basically catback,xpipe and haltech. No LTs. For what I spent (700 for used Fast and 120 for LS2 TB, 45 for harness) seemed to be a decent amount of gain. Im on the fence as to whether or not it was totally worth it. Gain was noticable. Still less spent on that than I would have spent on LTs, though Im sure LTs give you a few more ponies for the extra money you spend on them.
