Im getting very anxious for my new motor to get back to me but it will be a few more weeks until its here. In the meantime I want to get an idea of what other think of the power it will make as well as how it will run in the 1/4.
Motor:
LME forged 347
11.32:1 CR
AFR 205 59cc heads ported by Tony Mamo
Fast 90 ported by Tony Mamo
Custom Cam in the high 230's/ low 240's
150 shot N20
LG headers with cats
Id also like to know how much power, if any, the high flow cats are leaving on the table?
I'd look for 500 wh and 460 tq off the gas.
Should be a lot of fun.
Scott
Sorry, was thinking of my last build on a 382. Stock cubed, with great heads/cam you can easily get 470/430
Actually I was hoping for 500/ 450ish on motor. Tony actually said the head work will gain an extra 10 rwhp and I know his FAST will do wonders. If Im close ill be happy but id really like to hit that number. Of course the tune will have to be perfect.
480rwhp425rwtq-dynojet SAE #'s on a day below 80deg's and a tailwind
ET-11.20-10.70 @125-128mph on a good day with 60fts between 1.50-1.62 with a track close to sea level will help and good air.
Oh and bottle 595rwhp/610rwtq
ET-10.50-9.90 at 132-138mph
It all depends on who's dyno you're running on. There are some very happy dyno's out there now and a few honest ones.
I absolutly agree. Im not looking for inflated numbers, just honest ones.

There you're done now just make it happen!
I think your damn close on the NA numbers, but I believe the nirtous numbers are going to be better than expected. With Tony's work on the heads, he made something like 13x rwhp out of a 100 shot if I remember IIRC. Either way, Im shooting for mid / low 10's
