Thirty plus Corvettes came out to have fun and a great time was had by all except one.... a very fast ZO6 that broke its transaxle.
Many came to run, from a mid-year coupe drag car to two cammed C6 ZO6's. The weather was great and my Arctic White '97 with bolt-ons ran into the 11's with the original 2:73 gears .
That sux!! Im not looking forward to popping my Z06 diff. I haven t installed hardened shafts in mine yet. That will be my next mod. Stage 5??.....Im at stage 1, i guess.

I wasnt too happy about that one, but its part of racing. I was working on my launches on motor since GIR didnt like the 9.9x pass the week before. It was going to be a nice run if it would've held up! still had a great time, there was a lot of very nice vettes there, and the track was hooking nicely for me.
Hopefully still make another tuesday before closing

Hey Bob (Crosstheline), we missed you at this event.
Hey Mark,
It was a great night. Since Joe's tune on my A4 (320hp, 334 tq), I saved off 2 tenths and ran my best 12.07 at 113. Heating up the DRs like you suggested helped get off the line with all five 60' times in the 1.7's.
I'll post the video of your 12.03 run soon. Tom.
