Go get a CCW drag-pack with ET streets and skinnys. Or a good pair of Drag Radials. Try tires first before going any further with mods.

I've gone 11s with only 336rwhp by focusing more on the first half of the track.

I would recommend doing a very large burnout and dropping the tire pressure 2 pounds at a time. We generally run from 17 to 22 psi in our cars. Granted I do not have your HP, but my Hoosiers hook much better than my 295x35x18 SC tires. My best on SC tires was 1.75 bonestock while I have cut 1.46 with my current setup on the Hoosiers. How is the track prep?

Yea those tires need some heat in em to get sticky, I would do a burnout just big enough to get a little smoke out of em... that should be plenty to hook up really well.
