Well here it is.... I wanted to rebleed the system with the mighty vac from the top. Somehow after about a hour of doing so I kept noticing air bubbles being pulled through when i pumped up to 25in lbs of vacuum. So after playing around forever and starting to take things apart I disconnected the line from the slave. Then mighty vac'd it and had almost the same scenario. So i started with by trying to vacuum through the remote bleeder and something wasnt right there. So after putting some pipe thread sealer on that it held vacuum from that end when closed. So i went back to the other end and removed the reservoir. Tried holding a vacuum with it couldnt. I changed out to my old master cylinder reservoir. Now I could hold 25in lbs of vacuum forver. Hooked the system all back up to the slave and rebleed and revacuumed and could hold 25in lbs forever still. No air, no change in pedal pressure, the engagement point is the same. I'm left the same thing and not sure I even fixed or even found a problem after playing with it for 4hours!

I however did get the sport seats in, and the passenger side seat wired up and functioning.

Best news I've got is I noticed my oil pan gasket is sweating very VERY slightly on the driverside, So i cleaned it up and tightned a little to see if it would go away. i warmed it up tonight and yup still came out. I also noticed what looks like coolant leaking out somehwere around the warterpump. Oh and now I have a but load of codes I cant clear and my cruise control doesnt work anymore.
Codes:
AO LDCM
B2262H
B2264H

10PCM
PO-704C

28 TCS
C1291H
C1288HC

A1RDCM
B2263H
B2265H

So looks like I have a serious bunch of problems to try to deal with now Honestly getting very discouraged at this point.

Sounds like you found the problem with the clutch...need to try it out on the road. Water pump is 30 minutes, no big deal. Oil pan sux, I'm fighting the same on my 402. Aligned it and all the "by the book BS" and it is still leaking. Going for a third try I guess. Well at least you may have the big problem out of the way. Codes should be easy...where is your tuner ??

I dont think you read the last sentence of the first paragraph Pitt Nothing changed with the clutch it still goes from engaged to disengaged 1in from the top of the pedal. i could make my pedal a 2in throw and by going by how the clutch feels it would be ok being disengaged and fully engaged in that parameter. That to me doesnt seem right at all.

Bruce, the codes you have, only the ones with a C after them should only be the ones to look at... Try and remove the battery cable for 10 minutes and hook it back up.. then see what codes you have...

also look at the switches on the brake pedal see if they are working.. my cruz won't work either...

My twin has the same one inch on and off. I wish mine was at the top instead of at the bottom. I had to adjust mine out with the McLeod master and the pedal pressure sux...and I have some strong azz legs.

I run a RAM Dual Street and it's very progressive. More pedal pressure than stock but not bad.

Pittman my clutch pedal pressure is lighter then my textralia was now. When I put the TICK master in it made the pressure more with the textralia.

Well took the car out yesterday and beat on it a bunch of times. The clutch pedal didnt feel as if it faded really bad.... however it did turn the fluid dark. The pedal didnt feel perfectly solid on the shifts but did feel like it grabbed atleast in the next gear.

I raced my friends C6 Z06 Cam,exhaust, intake, tune car again yesterday. Last time with my car on street tires 3rd gear to his 2nd gear due to my 4.10s i was 1 car behind him almost from a 65mph roll. Now with the drag pack, hood, heavier seats, 28in tall slick, 2nd gear to 2nd gear i was FN 1.5cars back now from a 50mph roll. WTF!!!!!
However catastrophy hit. On the 2nd pull which i thought was going much better for me went way bad for him. I was at the top of 3rd gear and still ahead and all of a sudden i see him drop back like he missed a gear. Well I look in the rearview and realized the entire road was whited out by thick white smoke and he was pulling off the road. We come back and said we smelled coolant and there was some what looked like coolant on the plug wires but we couldnt see from where. Plus there coolant leaking on the ground. By the time we get back with a trailer its leaking alot of oil and my friend holds up a thin piece of metal and says whats this? I look at it and get almost sick saying I'm pretty sure thats a piston ring but not 100% sure. Well when we got the vehicle up on the trailer my friend strapping it down reaches in the passenger side tailpipe and says whats this. He pulls out about 10 little pieces of ground up metal thats either piston or cylinder head or both in his tailpipe. That sir sucks the big one!!!!!! But hey he won, one and I won one I think he sent the car to RPM/Fran in DE. Not sure if he was able to get it trailered there or not.

I also weighed my car in race form with just under a half tank of gas. 3220lbs w/o me in it. The car is now a fat pig!!! Old race weight w/o me was like 3070lbs. With helmet and my fat azz is going to put my car at 3400lbs of raceweight. So gonna have to take the passenger power seat out and look for some other weight cause thats rediculous!!!

What did that iron block add around 80lbs? I know that drag pack added some weight, mine was heavier than my stock 17" speedline/ GTO spare combo.

Hanging with a cam, header, exhaust, intake and tuned C6 Z06 is no joke. A local one here went 104mph in the 1/8th with only 520rwhp on 18" drag radials.

Sucks about your buddies motor, who tuned it before?

I think the weight goes as follows:
iron block 90-95lbs
Dual pwr sport seats 40-45lbs
cowl hood 3-5lbs
CCW vs Draglites 14-18lbs

Given the 28in tall tires I couldnt run the draglites anymore cause they would've rubbed badly on the rear quarter. I have the 17in with M&H bias on the front and rear with Hoosier slicks 28x10x16

Are you trying to say that FP is something like a black cat crossing in front of your path?
