Goodyear Drag Radial Test
Boys, these tires are the bomb !! Goodyear Racing is not playing around. We mounted Brand new sets of ET Streets and Goodyears and ran them back to back for several hours. My Silverado cuts a half tenth better sixty foot on these new Goodyears. In fact, they performed so well, they let us keep the pre-production pairs. 
Watch for them and give them a try. You will love them !!! Release is probably late July or so !!
It was 140 degrees on the track at 4pm...just a slight breeze. My Silverado was pulling 4 degrees of timing, killing my power. Ran a best ET of 11.91 and the diff went.
Yes FP...I did tear something up !! Last 2 runs were on one wheel. I thought the tranny was slipping when my 2-3 shift slipped for a couple long-azz seconds. Need to tear apart the Diff
Here is some pics guys...no Corvettes were testing, sorry to say !! However, I will be testing a new set on my Z in a few weeks !

There was only 8 of us in the test. It was run and cool down. Run, cool down and change tires....all night over and over. There was no rushing or force runs either...you sat out till you were ready. I was fricken worn out without a pit-crew. My buddy in the yellow GTO had help. I was Labor-Boy...lol.

My best 1/4 was only 11.9 it was sooo hot. We logged some runs and I was pulling 4 degrees of timing all thru the meat of each gear then it would go to normal right before the shift. Trap speeds were down 5 mph
