Default Pittman Killers test fitting has commenced!

Yup test fit my "PITTMAN KILLERS" tonight and ordered the spacers required to make them work hopefully LOL! Yup its gonna get ugly real fast there Pittman.... Sorry but you "383ci C5" guys are coming hard and I'm not gonna sit back and take it like a tirecraft!!! (you know i love you tirecraft... I do it out of love you know that pookie bear) So yup these are a set of nice and light 17x4.50 5stars I'm gonna try to make work and shave off a few lbs. Debating on which M&H front runner to run. The bias ply is lighter but my experience is the radial mph's better, channels water in emergency cases, more stable on the street. So as you can tell I'm leaning towards the heavier radial front runners. Hopefully with these on the front, electric waterpump, vararam installed, shifter and CLUTCH TBD??? Hmmm! This could start to look real nasty for the PMAN!

As Keith Berry would say... i believe it goes "WOOOO"?

100% The radials are MUCH better for any kind of street use, if you're ever going to be driving these to/from the track (and you have A LONG drive no matter which track you attend) then the radials are the ones to go with. I've used both and the bias plies will wear out faster, puncture much easier and be far less safe in the rain.

Dave,
According to Bruce, he'll answer that question in the C6Z section. I guess we will need to go over there for his alter ego's point of view. (WAXERBOY)
