new best tonight!

changes made- muffler delete and some tuning. already had a decent tune on it. It was improved a lil bit

previous best was 12.62 @ 110.48 1.95 60'

my mods are vararam, muffler delete, tune, kuhmo street tires

12.517@ 111.74mph 1.932 60' new best mph
12.510@ 109.48 mph 1.927 60' new best ET

i cut a new best 60' 1.892 but i forgot it was in 1st instead of drive, so when i realized it, i shifted to 2nd around 40mph, it went right into 2nd gear instead of winding out first. yep i felt like a dumbass lol. it sucks because even with that blunder, i went 12.67@111.02mph. that was my 12.49 pass! i learned 2 things- always double check to make sure its in "3" and oddly enough, my stock converter liked being stalled to 1800-1900 rpm before whacking it lol.

going for 12.4's friday night!

It always kills me how every run can look almost identical, yet there is a 2mph difference. I always use that to make myself feel better when mine is down

Nice runs on those tires

Nice goin man, shame you botched that 1.8x 60' run. Port ur TB, put on my headers, and retune and ur car might see 12.1@113 which would be sick!

What year is the Vette? I have a silver one too I talked to you for a lil bit while rpm was tuning it. looked good. You could go a little higher with the stall to get out of the hole harder since you plan to do headers and such

I think it's a 2001 (standard LS6 intake manifold which helps ).

True, but I also like the idea of something in the 3000/3200 for a true street car, especially one with stock gears.
I've cut a 1.52 sixty foot with a Vigilante 3200 and 2.56 rear gears in my C6.

1.52 actually though my best ET came on a 1.54.
And yes first gear is pretty steep in these A6s, 4.02 I believe.
