Default Love my 160 stat

Installed my 160 thermostat today an im in love, throttle response is way better,an car feels really good i would recommend tryin it if u have not done yet!!!

and for any skeptics out there who think you wont have heat in the wintertime with a 160* stat, you'd be dead wrong lol. 6 degrees out last night and i had plenty of heat blowing out of the vents

you right ron, heat wrks real good plenty warm lows in the 20s here in ole miss

What temps do yall's cars actuallys run with the 160* in there? I've only had my car for about 2 months but I have noticed it always runs about 176*ish down the highway... Is mine mabe a 160*?

depends on the outside temp and when your fans come on. when its cold like this outside, mine would read in the 163* while driving down the highway. on a 40* night, about 168-170*

Well I set my fan #1 to come on at 185*, it don't matter how cold it is, it always runs 174-178* down the highway, I'll bet I have a 180.

my car fans were set to 180 but cruisin around it stays at 165 to 170 i love it, dont know bout dyno number but man the throttle response is way better on my auto,like 98tadriver said cooler is better an thats no joke....thanks ron for all the tips an help...
