Hello! I'm right here. I have been trying to tell you guys this will fit the frame of the Convertibles, I just don't know what you will have to do to put the top up, or use the hiding panel behind the seats.

Someone with a convertible should try it out.

Default Test Pilot ?

Why don't you give some one with a convertible a price break and install and prove that it works and how it can be used. I'm sure some one locally near you Steve would take a go at it ...

Just looking at it I would say you won't be able to get the top up. The rear bars will hit the tonneau cover and the cross bar will run through the waterfall. I don't think this is the answer for verts.

I agree that some parts would have to be modified, but to make an NHRA legal roll bar, you would not be able to have all those tight fitting parts go unscathed.

If I was a Bodyshop/Fab shop I would take this on as a custom Job, because it is do-able. Our roll bar is a bolt it so removing the toneau and bolting in the Roll Bar for the race season is one option.

Good Luck

If someone near me wanted this I would give them an installation break. I would have to know that when I showed them what needed to be customized they would want to go for it and not walk away.

The toneau would have to be modified and the top may take a lot of work to put up.

Small price to pay for an NHRA legal convertable!!

They look very nice, does anyone have any installation pics? I'm still curious to see photos of how the rear mounts attach.
