Default how to get burnout rubber off ti exhaust?

would post in general section but they dont do burnouts there. here's what i have tried so far that doesnt work. heat small torch, goof off, bug and tar remover, various metal polishes, compound medium breaks a little bit loose, brake cleaner barely cuts it, wd 40 , only thing that works somewhat is gasoline and its a lot of rubbing. will try airplane paint stripper tommorrow. anybody got a solution. dont want to use a wire wheel either. like us racers id like something that will cut the rubber loose with a gooid et.

Sell it and get an exhaust that will make your car sound as fast as it really is.

Same prob with my Borla. If you clean it soon after racing, most of it comes off. But some stuff gets cooked on that seems perma bonded to the metal.

WD 40 will ignite when reaching hot tempertures.

I was using under the hood years ago, spraying WD 40 on the carburator linkage.

The intake was hot enough to cause an intense flash fire.
By the time I smothered it, the vacume hoses & such were melted
big time.
