Ignition system advice

Hello all this is my first time on this site and from the looks of things I am going to really enjoy it! Bought a 2000 c5 in incredible shape from a 65 year old dude. I am wanting to do some basic maintenance on it and noticed the spark plug wires are original. I would like to get some really nice hefty ones to make sure I have as little resistanct as possible (procharger is on its way woooo!!) Looking for some thoughts/advice on what to do with the ignition system as a whole. Thanks dudes.

GM makes some performance wires that are similar to the MSD ones with the bendable boot on them.. I want to say they are 9MM .... Hit up one of the supporting vendors on here and they will give you a nice price. FRED Beans, or Gene Culley

thanks bro! I will for sure check that out. What about the rest of the ignition system? Any thoughts on upgrades there?

No need.... stock ignition will do the job.... don't waste money on those MSD coils.... they look cool but do nothing
