Thinki.g of getting fast intake on my 04 zo6. What are your results pros cons..worth it? Hp gains..and$$$$$

if you step up to a plus 90MM TB a bigger MAF you will love it....... the more mods the better it will pay dividends...... really its about if your making power above 6500.... cause thats where your LS6 manifold falls off

waste of time on a stock motor for the money. Wont gain you enough to justify the money.

a fast with 1 90mm tb is the finishing touch to the engine to get the most out of a h/c package. the ls-6 intake works and flows good for a lightly modified car.

naw... only thing is you will hear is your valvetrain a bit through the tubes but.... 40 HP is worth every penny

Yea the it all depends on what exhaust you have. I have LG's LT's no cats and TI catback and I have NO drone, but other exhaust setups will produce drone.
and you will get a little header jingle lol but not that noticeble but the new found power is!

arh 1 7/8 lt's most of the faster cars are running them.set yourself up down the road for the next mods for max power. saw a set in parts section recently

You could gain 70hp with the proper camshaft change, 40hp with headers, and 15hp with intake, in that order. If you only change the intake you may see a max of 10hp on your basically stock Z06 engine and you might lose some tq.

Some do fit better then others. American Racing Headers seem to have the best fit.
