First 11 second pass *video*
That's a good ET for 119 mph for sure. You didn't ask for my opinion so please take this as intended, thoughts that I wish someone would have told me when I was starting out in this!
Have you tried walking out the clutch instead of dumping it? I've personally found better results that way, I don't tend to spin off the line. IMHO you're losing a lot of 60 foot spinning. If I spin it's 1.8 for me...no spin, 1.5.
Do you have any issues running those bias ply on back and radials on front? My rear end got LOOSE at about 120 or so and it was scary. The car would sway back and forth. I never lost it but was always afraid if I had to do something quick...like avoid a fox running across the track (which happened to me) or avoid my opponent (also happened) I'd lose it.
Oh...and I got .1 to .2 by running skinnies up front and taking out the passenger seat.

BTW my friend Double A vette who is sticking with that two step has his set at 2500 and he walks out the clutch. Personally I think it's tough on the parts...but he loves it. Your bias ply rears are a smart move, as they have a lot of give.
I'll predict....11.2.

I cant use the 2-step and ride the clutch in the same launch. The 2-step doesn't "disengage" until the clutch is completely out.
I said when I got my 10 second slip I'd stop. Of course I just bolted on a set of AFR heads....:toe tap:In case you're wondering, I know when it ends. When you break so many times you can't afford the hobby anymore. My buddy went through 7 rears and stopped at that.
On your other comment, perhaps there's a difference on the C6 vs C5...on the C6 the guys I've spoken with tell me it's hooked up from the "clutch down" switch (same switch used to allow the engine to start), so you can release the clutch just a little and release the 2 step, but it's still in that gray zone before clutch engagement so you can ride it out if you want using a 2 step.
That's why they set it at 2500 or so...to give the engine some time to accelerate but not just shock the tires by a full on clutch dump.
I'm talking here like I know about 2 steps...my limited research told me to not buy one so I should shut up.
You can PM Double A Vette if you'd like to know what he does. If you care.
