First time at the track!
This was my first time taking any type of rwd/v8 down the strip. I went from an 11 sec Acura to this car haha. Anyways, I have a base 99 that's 100% stock with a newly installed vararam. After my first two passes I got used to the car and went 12.89 @ 111mph. The car is on original 12 year old run flats. I spun during the launch then hit second, spun and had to let out. Seems to be a decent pass reguardless. On my final pass, I hooked up in first and second. I dropped my 1/8 time by a tenth. About 100ft from the end of the 1/4 in 4th I hit a patch of oil or trans fluid or something I'm not sure. When I looked down the speedo said 115-120. I ended up facing the other lanes wall. Some how i saved it and ended up running a 13.2 @ 110 haha 
. I believe the car has mid 12's in it with a 113 or better trap. I just need more traction and less oil on the track haha. Ill post a pic of my best slip later.
Anyone else seen similar times with this setup? Seems to be one of the faster passes ive seen.
