Well, if it has a CAI/filter and a cat back exhaust on it then it's definitely not stock either way, but you're also not sure if it has more mods (cam etc.) or not?

That looks like it's would work out to roughly a 12.6/12.7 in the 1/4 mile at around 110mph. And that 1.9 sixty foot is pretty good for true street tires as well, if all it has is the CAI and Borla that is.

What I know is exhaust is stock except Stingers(Stock manifolds, H-pipe,cats.). Heads are 241 casting. It does not apear front of motor has been apart no marks on the bolts. I have new non run flat Firestone Firehawks. I expected to run in the upper 8s but was suprised. I know I need a new clutch it was slipping on the second run when I hit 2nd and 3rd. And I dont think I can run 1/4 with out a cage due the soft top?

Yes, all late 2000 and up LS1 motors had the 241s I believe.

It depends on the track but likely not unfortunately, the convertible rule is anything running 13.49 or quicker must have at least a 5 point roll bar and harness.
