There is no "chip" for our cars. All tuning is done via the OBD port and a computer.
The terms "great fuel mileage" and "great horse power" are relative terms. What do you want? 50 mpg and 700 hp?

Get an A&A supercharger - cost of blower and installation (which is relatively easy) should run about $7k-$8k. It will still give about the same mileage if you don't floor it. A&A is a supporting vendor of these forums . You usually find them in forced induction forum. Horse power boost with the A&A Vortech charger should be over a hundred hp. I have one and it is very quick. Be careful!!
