Exhaust/performance upgrade mistake??
Im currently going through a rebuild on my Vette and am replacing my LG longtubes, no cats, and Borla Stinger with American Racing 2" primary headers and LG 3" exhaust. Am I making a mistake in doing this or will my car sound and perform better with a 3" pipe opposed to a 2" pipe?? I just dropped a RHS 427 block into it with RHS Pro Elite LS7 heads and figured I would need the extra air flow to get as much out of it as possible. Just curious what will help me produce the best sound, Thanks.

You installed a RHS LS7 headed motor and your concerned with what header is going to sound the best? The ARH 2'' primary's still have a 3" collector and you can get the x-pipe that will bolt up to 3" mufflers or stock mufflers. The ARH's will flow more than the Lg's.
