MIR Interest
We are thinking about another outing to MIR this year since many have expressed interest. Of course this would not be as grand as the "No DA#% Excuses" event but does give people at least one more opportunity to put up a PB this year. Some of our local guys have inquired about doing this on a Saturday. I will contact Jason today to check availability and pricing. Please let me know if you have any interest. If we get at least (24) cars committed then we would allow street tires in one of the lanes.

Rules and pricing to follow.
Just spoke to Royce. We can have the 14th. Here's the pricing for a Saturday.
Exclusive Rental
Your group will be the only group that day.
Anyone that wants to run down the track that day must go through the person renting the track.

1 - Lane Sat-Sun
Off Season
1-20 vehicles = $4,000 ($200 per vehicle after 20)
Spectators & Crew charged $10 per person
E-4
2 - Lanes
Side by Side
Sat-Sun
Off Season
1-24 vehicles = $4,800 ($200 per vehicle after 24)
Spectators & Crew charged $10 per person
We also need to spray the track for safety @ $0.50/LF beyond the 60'. This will be an addidtional $630 for 1 lane and $1,260 for both lanes.
Based on our current car count of 16 for slicks and DRs, one fully prepped lane will be $289.38/person.
If we opt for two lanes to include the two street tired vehicles, the cost will be $336.67/person.
Please let me know what you think. To commit, I would need ALL money up front.

I will probably try to come watch and take some pictures if I can get out of work. A have two friends that might be interested, but one would be on street tires in a 335xi. Do you think cost will be similar to the last rental Gary?

We would need to get at least 24 people so we can have two lanes. (One for street tires) Slicks and DRs can run both. Cost will be determined based on the number of lanes, head count and amount of prep. (Saturday may be more money if this is considered off season.) My intial guess is somewhere around $200. I have a call into Jason to find out.
. But if I'm not working I'll probably come down to watch.. I passed this on to Dan Smith
