That's not too bad of a run considering the time of year. Hot summer passes in high DA are typically disappointing. We don't even get ours out in the summer. Also, pick up some stock front 17" thin spokes and put on a set of drag radials for the track. Getting your 60' times down will tremendously help your ETs.
Is it a A4 or manual?
If auto, you have some low gears to deal with, and you need a stall.
If manual, you need to play with your launches and practice
Both cases, sticky tires would help
Either way, you need your 60ft times lower.

Putting a gear and converter in our car took us from 13.30s to 12.20s.
Yank SS4000 and 3.90. With a 28" drag radial it's not as radical on the street as you would think. We added long tube headers and have gone 11.58 in perfect air and a DA well below sea level.
3200 is a good compromise for a street converter. What gear? Sounds like you need some drag radials and cooler weather.
Like tarheel I have a yank 4000 but with 3.73 gears the 2 biggest things to help your times. And I daily drive mine with the 4000 stall and I love it,very drivable.
