Hey everyone, I currently bought my second vette a little over a month ago. This one needs paint and i'll be restoring it over the winter. Its a 2000 Black hatch a4. I haven't done any LS engine mods before to the first one but I would love to on this one. I've only seen 2 c5 corvettes with a cam/intake/exhaust and pro charger. I was wondering if it was possible to do heads on this build too or am i just asking for trouble with these mods? Car currently has 95k miles, is this an issue to where i shouldn't do these mods also. Any info would be helpful and i'm looking forward to your replies! Thank you!
What kind of heads are you looking at? I don't see heads being an issue as long as you don't mill them. I am putting an ECS kit on my AI ported 243s (65cc) with a blower cam and not worried at all.

you can do heads too, no problem... remember the cam you choose will probably bleed off some of the compression and you can also spray meth on top of it and that helps a lot... I'm running stock heads (243) and block in my 02z, cam, headers, meth, 12psi and making over 700rwhp all day

that's awesome! Now my next question... would the 96k miles on my engine/a4 tans be too much of a risk. also, what would you recommend stall wise? Thanks.
I''d just bolt on a SC kit, and be done. If you drive it hard, or race it; stuff is gonna break. Don't let the mileage deter you; these engines can do lots of miles. Don't know anything about stalls, but lots depends on how you plan on driving the car. Other areas of the driveline are vulnerable to damage anyway, and adding 150 HP isn't going to help. HP=$
