Hey Ron, how's it hangin' ? To be honest with ya, only two outfits come to mind on your question. Nitrous Outlet and Nitrous Express. I believe both are forum vendors. A call to either one or visiting their websites should get you pointed in the right direction.
Both great places Ron and you can't go wrong with either. We just happen to run Nitrous Outlet but that was simply because I found a killer deal on a COMPLETE (every possible bell and whistle including a NANO system) BNIB kit and I couldn't pass up the price. I'm happy with our kit and have been VERY happy with the technical support from Nitrous Outlet but I've also read great posts and responses from Nitrous Express and they are also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Throw a coin in the air and pick!
Talk to the guys over at Nitrous Outlet, as far as controlling timing look into the Lingenfelter LNC controller specific to his model car. The LNC gives control of timing and also a 2 step function.

Good point. We use one of these.
And by the way Ron, it's ok to admit that you're coming over the "dark side" instead of pretending that it's for a "friend".
I'm doing well, thanks. I drive the vette daily! But am racing the Nova. Being nice and not beating on the C5. :-)
The nitrous really is for a friend. Actually for his girl friends C6.
I passed on Billy's contact info.
Seems like it would be pretty easy to rig up a switch and resistor affair to trick the IAT input to pull timing on the bottle when at WOT. But the consensus is that it's not needed.
With a wet kit 100 shot I wouldn't worry about pulling timing. You're only adding 12.ish HP per cylinder. I would get the plugs spec'd for nos for sure. I ran a 125 wet shot on my c4 without pulling any timing with no problems. You just have to be smart, don't hit it below 3000 rpm and always use the best gas you find. If your local gas is crap , just get some decent octane booster. A quick search will tell you which plugs are best for nos.
I've been running N/A for years, decided to try nitrous for a while.... Called about every vendor and they're all good, went with Nitrous Express they gave me the most time and answers plus a Corvette Forum discount for the best price..

I run there full kit, i did nozzle and stand alone, run c16 in it, have all bolt/ons and H&C run 10.1s NA on 93 pump and with a 100 shot no KR threw the entire pass, got there pressure heater.

That might be ok if the car is running a stock tune, but if it has already been tuned it likely has some advance in it and would definitely need to be pulled even on a 100 at least 2* I would do 4* (2*/50hp). Especially if pulling fuel off the rail. A $200 lingenfelter lnc-2000 is to easy to use for peace of mind. And a lot cheaper than fixing a piston with a hole in it, or with no more ringlands lol. I'd run some non projected spark plugs like a ngk br7
