Default Time to guess Dyno numbers again!

My car put down 557 rwhp early last year when I was running the older procharger twin intercooler setup with a 4.0 pulley. I was running 6lbs of boost then. I have since changed to the latest A&A front mount ram air intercooler, swapped to a 3.7 pulley and added methanol. What would be your guesses on my power level now. Probably will dyno in about a month.

Stock LS1 except cam?
Meth tune for safety or power?

I thought you were selling SC?

I will be interested in results, as I have the twins too. Are you doing work yourself?

Decided on keeping the supercharger, since I decided to add meth. It's a stock Ls6 with the big blower cam and supporting components and kooks longtubes. Everything on this car is from the torch red 2001 z06 I previously had (long story). Meth will be tuned for more safety, I think, lol. I like the simplicity of this new front mount intercooler. With the tigershark fascia this new front mount intercooler should really get the air it needs. I have done all the work except the tuning, and a good friend of mine does it.

So hard to say on FI, but I guess around 620. I think most of the gain will be from smaller pulley and retune w meth, as I don't think the twins were much of a restriction yet. I think you will get even more real world results at highway speed with the ram air effect.

Was the change difficult to do, did you already have cradle modified?
Let us know if you see any rise in temp after the tune and it gets hot out, since the rad will now be covered with the IC.

Those numbers were kinda in the range i was thinking. The change from twins to single was very easy to do. I don't know if the twins had any restriction as opposed to the front mount, but the piping and all was so much easier to route than with the twins and you can easily inspect the front mount. I have the cradle dropped on A&A spacers. That's the only modification done on it. I'm running a 2" cut down DeWitts radiator with spal fans. Hopefully that will help with the temp. I'll let you know how it does.

Results are in! It would have made more, but was running out of pump, so had to stop. Time to upgrade to twins! It made 646 rwhp and 500 rwtq.
