Has anyone switched there c5 over to straight e85, if so what did you have to change over?

Entire fuel system from pumps to lines to injectors.

What mods have you done to warrant the switch?

I have a iron block 408 heads ,can, fast intake, all the goodies. And I'm adding a super charger down the road.

Injectors, Fuel pumps, boost reference fuel pressure regulator, rails, -10 supply & return lines and I pulled -8 wire to some fuel pump relays.

Well if you do it early you'll probably be buying two sets of injectors which is extra expense as NA E85 and boosted is drastically different.

As we posted, it's the entire system when you decide to switch.

E85 is thirsty but you do not need to replace the entire system. The OP is going to need a big fuel system when he supercharges that 408 regardless of fuel.

85lb injectors.

14.5:1 427 on E85.
72% IDC
Ran mid 9s at 142mph at 3050 race weight.

Exactly. No need to change anything but the pump and injectors. How much power are you looking to make? I'm running a walbro 450 and a bap. Should be good for 750 whp ish I think..

injectors and tune is the minimum.
I run a secondary external fuel system. so my stock fuel system is running most of the time. which consist of stock pump, lines and fuel rail still.
upgrading the fuel system beyond that, comes down to how much fuel your setup needs
